We take the time to get a real understanding of how your business runs, often setting up a rapid prototype so you can see how things would look and feel with data you are familiar with. Once the project requirements are clear we will handle configuring the system to match, migrating your data over from older systems, connecting to other tools you use, and handing over so your users are ready for go-live.

One of the greatest benefits of open-source ERP is the freedom to adapt it to the way your business works, as opposed to shaping your business to fit the software. We extend your system with new fields, screens, workflows, reports, and integrations when what comes off-the-shelf doesn't quite cover your needs.

We train both end users and system administrators. End-user training focuses on the parts of the system each role will actually touch. Administrator training covers day-to-day operation, reporting, and routine customisation.

If you have your own developers, we can provide training to get them up to speed on how to extend the software, giving you the ability to build custom solutions in-house.

Once you're up and running, there is no ongoing commitment required to keep using the software, no annual licence fees to pay or forced upgrades when you're least prepared. We do find most of our customers like to keep us around for support whenever unusual situations crop up.
